Love all the features of my new sink. Installation was difficult because there were no instructions included. Had to find random videos to help.

First, the sink was missing the hoses that come out of the faucet. Amazon said they can only do a return, but we had already cut the butcherblock. I had to figure out what weird foreign hoses they were and buy them on Amazon. Took two tries. The sink itself is nice, but the faucet and waterfall part within a month or two already had paint chipping off. Because the waterfall part is built into the sink, you can't just replace a part easily. Now, less than a year later, those parts are rusted. Lastly, you cannot adjust mixed hot water on either the faucet or the waterfall. If you want a low pressure, light stream, you can only do that with cold water, not mixed. Which is a pain when wanting wash dishes, etc.Update: Just wwnted to update that now, the water will not even turn off completely. The one switch that switches from waterfall to faucet won't completely shut off. Absolute garbage! Now I have replace the whole thing because you can't just replace the faucet, because it's an insert. What a waste of money. Extremely mad.

I *love* this sink! Cheaper by half than most sinks and comes with amazing features! Will buy a larger one when I renovate my upstairs kitchen

UPDATE: HAS BEEN INSTALLED LESS THAN A YEAR AND WERE REPLACING IT WITH SOMETHING ELSE. THE KNOB TURNS ONE WAY FOR FAUCET AND THE OTHER FOR THE HORIZONTAL SPRAY. ONE OR THE OTHER ALWAYS LEAKS. THE "FINISH" AROUND THE KNOB IS PEELING OFF. THIS HAS NOT LASTED AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING.Has only been installed for about 5 to 6 months and the knows are falling apart. For all of the features there are several things i dont like. You cannot use hot water unless it is turned to full pressure. So no hot water with a lower pressure. The knob to turn water on and off holds water/germs easily and makes a mess vs. a lever style handle. You cannot hook up a garbage disposal.I love the cup washer. I like the pull out sprayer v compared to others I've used. The finish seems to be holding up (after close to 6 months of use)Kind of complex installation and instructions weren't great but it had everything we needed.

The media could not be loaded. Well constructed not like other reviews, only bad thing we bought the smallest one for our RV and can’t find a wire sink protector for bottom.

Bought over a year but installed for 9 months.Cons: no instructions. Coating around knob rubbed off (so sad). Knob leaks when on. Hot water only when turned full pressure. So no hot water with a lower pressure.Pros: love the gadgets especially the sprayer

I watched the video of how nice this sink was supposed to be. I purchased the biggest version they offered (I'm glad I did at least) The sink is narrow, the knob is cheap made. Trying to get the right temperature, right amount of water is difficult with only one knob. The knob keeps getting loose with regular use. I may need to replace the whole thing. You need to open all the way in order to get hot water it gets so much pressure that spills all over. Do not bother to purchase this terrible sink.

I love the look of the sink, however there is a very annoying high pitched noise coming from the main faucet when I run the water. I was hoping it would go away, yet here we are a month later and the noise persists. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker but it's very annoying. Also, the black finish on the faucet will scratch off if you are not careful, and I've noticed the rubber molding between the main knob and the sink surface is protruding. Not very attractive at all.
