Raised my Ketones!!!
I've been taking the powdered type of MCT of about a year and it has moderately raised my Ketones, about 0.7. I tried these MCT soft gels at the recommended amount, 3 soft gel per day and had similar results. I tried taking twice the amount per day, 6 soft gel, and my ketones went to 1.1! My net carb daily intake is about 16g. These soft gel work and are reasonably priced.

Major difference in my energy
I have been taken almost the entire bottle. My energy is much higher. I actually had to cut back to 2 a day instead of the recommended 3. They are large, so if you have trouble swallowing they could be a problem for you.
