Works well once you get it on sturdy foundation
Tried to hang it multiple times (as can be seen above) with drywall screws rated up to 100lbs each but each punch just wiggled it out further and further. Almost wanted to return it but ended up getting some 2x4s and directly screwing them into studs and then mounting it onto that. It's fully extended (height) and holds up well with my 100lbs bag. Only downside of it is it wobbles a bit when punching but not really an issue. Also, get a spring to dampen noise and force on the walls
