Q: Will it work with the fitbit inspire 3 model?

I honestly don't know. The actual AREA that surrounds the item you insert is 1" wide and 2 1/2" long. It is a netting that will expand upward to cover your Fitbit. I have a very old, but still functional, Fitbit One that I use in it. I love the band.

I can’t answer that question. I bought mine for the Flex 2.
