Hello friend, Sorry about the problem you met, please no worry, I will assist you. 1. (1) If your car don't need canbus, please do not plug protocol/canbus box. Because the continuous power supply from the Canbus will drain your car's battery. (2) Please check whether the red wire connected to the car’s ACC ignition switch on the power cord of the radio is still powered when you turn off the car, if it is, you need to manually connect the ACC wire to the ignition switch. When the car is turned off, and this wire has current so that the radio is not turned off. You need to pull this red wire out from the plug and manually connect it to the car’s ignition switch. 2.If your car need canbus: Please find out the red ACC wires on power cables (see attached video"power cable"), and cut ACC wires off directly and wrap it with insulating tape. If the problem still exist, please take clear photo of the wire connection, and we can know the detail and assist you.
