Olive oil soap France - Authentic Savon de Marseille soap bar - Cube of 300 g french olive oil soap - La Licorne

I like using soap like this to wash my dishes and I think it works great and lasts long. There is a mild scent to it, but it's not bad as some people have said and I am pregnant and I am VERY sensitive to smells right now and this one is just fine. Nice and eco-friendly.

I've been using this product for a couple years after traveling in Europe and discovering the luxury and simplicity of olive oil-forward soap. One of these cubes lasts me one year because I cut it (using a bandsaw) into three pieces :) I also keep it out of flowing water. That said, this soap works for my entire body without any irritation. It has a subtle smell that does not linger on the body. Love this product. Highly recommend.

In France we use this soap for clothes, I rub on a stain especially under socks, middle part on a underwear. It take off everything. Also really good to take of fat from pan,....cleanimg kitchen, bathroom. It s organic and naturel. I don't use on a body, we use more milky savon de Marseille or liquid soap one. This one can work on a body but it s strong like a bleach. I m using this one for years now.

I have tried many olive oil based soaps this block has so far lasted me over a month and leathers quite nicely and easy to hold onto due to its shape. Overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s also vegan and cruelty free.

I use this as a hand soap in the kitchen and it's great - never gets mushy and always soaps up nicely.

My hands are dry like the desert. The soap works well at helping me with moisturizing my hands. I would never use this product on my entire body because it smells like a horrible chemical, fuel, oil - something not organic for sure. I didn't believe other reviews on here. I thought how bad could it be? Well, it's bad. I have never smelled something like this with a soap before.

This works perfectly on our dishes. We are moving to less plastic and does just as good a job cleaning and the liquid soap we used!

Bought it for my husband’s sensitive skin. He tried it for three days and each day his skin is the most irritated it’s ever been. So one star for sensitive skin.I thought ok, I can repurpose the soap. I cut it in half to use one half for hand wash clothes and one half as dish soap. I washed a glass with this soap three times (once using a brush and twice using my finger to get some of the soap to rub on the glass directly) and I can still see fingerprints on the glasses. Not sure how this soap cleans anything at all.Plus you get left with really really slippery feeling on your skin. And it smells terrible. Would have returned if I could.
