This is the ONLY thing my brother could drink while recovering from throat cancer. He was able to taste the orange flavor where he could not taste any other beverage and this beverage not only provided him the hydration he needed but the minerals and electrolytes to help him recover. JUMEX Hydrolit Quick Rehydration & Recovery Beverage in a natural coconut flavor, it comes in a 12 pack and each bottle is 21.1 ounces. The bottles are BPA free. My advice is to drink it as cold as possible. It has 22g of sugar, so it's not totally without taste. Each bottle is 60 calories. I wanted them on hand because we are all going through a stomach bug and staying hydrated is VERY important.
