Q: Does this fit only the cube? or can it fit accessories like a lanyard and cube?

Only the cube. I ordered this thinking I could store the cube and accessories but it is very small and only holds cube 

Q: Does this cover the whole cube, including the lense? I want to be able to toss this in my bag without the camera being exposed.

Yes it covers the whole cube. It doesnt have a button or zipper though, you just kind of stretch it open and shove the camera in. Its not bad.
