excellent customer service
bought two of these reels as a cheap starter kit for myself and wife, one reel had an issue , i contacted the supplier, described the fault and they said they would get another one out to me witha pre paid label to return the faulty unit. i was expecting to have to wait a few days but the replacement turned up the next day. Many suppliers say the deliver outstanding customer service but in my experience few actually do, this company does and i would certainly recommend them,

Brilliant for course fishing. Medium weighted but not too heavy. Really good all round reel.

Great Product and Company.
For the price great value for money, I have used the last Bison real for 4 years fishing weekly though out the spring and summer seasons. Fishingmad are a good company to buy from. If you need help with any purchase they are very Knowledgeable and spend the time to answer any questions.
