They look very similar but these don’t have the pull tab on the top. But these are very comfortable and definitely easy to step in.

Q: What they mean brand size and usa size im size 7 should i buy 10 brand shoe or my size 7?

By your regular size, but you know that they are a sloppy fit. As soon as I no longer needed them after my hip replacement gave them away they are not comfortable shoes.
