Good sturdy product
Easy to assemble even for one person. Didn't need the base as weights from a previous gazebo fitted perfectly. Cover is a bonus if a bit snug. Big canopy gives a lot of cover and raising and lowering is a simple process with the crank handle. Nicely priced and would definitely recommend.

Good value and does the job
Versatile. Easy to put up. By turning the parasol round following the sun it kept the shade for fours in the afternoon. The straps keep it in place a bit but not in strong gusts of wind. Overall I’m pleased with it.

Ok for 4 months of use
I purchased this last summer and used it for a total of about 4 months. When I first opened this parasol I noticed a couple of small holes in the fabric but this didn't faze me as it wouldn't affect its usage. However this should have been the first red flag. It's not the sturdiest of things but I brought the weights required for that extra support. After the weather had turned cold and wet I used the provided cover for the parasol and stored this in my garage. Now come to this year I get it out ready for the warmer sunnier days only to find the crank doesn't turn properly. I find it impossible to turn and it requires additional help from others to do so. The point of these rules of handles are for ease of opening!! The handle has infact rusted and corroded which the seller feels is normal wear and tear! For an item used when warm and dry for a total of 4 months I'd expect a lot more. In fact I also purchased a smaller parasol for a fraction of the price from another seller previously to this which I have had literally no issues with at all and still use.This seller isn't interested in helping and instead passes blame onto everything else. I researched these parasols thinking it would be easier to use especially as I have issues with my wrists. Perhaps they are great but would deffo look to use a more reputable seller in future so I'm not left with a defective item so soon after purchasing.

Shade ok
The umbrella is easy to put together but the base isn't very strong. I put ours up in mild wind and the base started to bend. Had to adjust the base and weights to correct it it's a shame as its easy to use but watch out for wind catching it?

Garden tilt parasol
Bought as a gift for my son and d-I-l they are very pleased with it. Good shade when fully raised. Needs weights on base ( bricks etc) when windy. But pleased.
