Great product and great company to deal with
Wonderful product. High quality. There were a few minor damages from the shipping company. I reached out to CanPump and they were one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in awhile. They were not only quick to respond but they went above and beyond to resolve the issues and send me the parts. I would recommend this product and this Company.

Very loud screeching noise when first powered on.
I've only had it for a several weeks. I am really concerned about the longevity of this pump/motor. When I first turned it on it was so loud I thought it was going to blow up or something. I've never heard an electric motor or washer pump sound like that. It's a little bit quieter now but still seems like something's not right. I'll update this after 6 months of use.

Cheap Amazon Pressure Washer
Buyer BewareWe bought this for our shop because it was much cheaper than a name brand pressure washer. It comes in pieces with little to no instructions. Be prepared to figure out how to attach the pump to the motor, wire the motor head, and figure out the plumbing. Fittings and adapters did not match up and I had to go shopping for parts.Also be prepared to troubleshoot it when it doesn't work. The wand has a remote switch to turn the pump on and off. The switch was installed incorrectly and did not work. I had to take it apart and flip it around.I got it running, but it's very loud.I installed this in February, and now it's October. It gets light use. We wash trucks 2-3 times per week. The inlet port on the unloader valve just snapped right off. Customer service said no warranty and gave me a list of parts that don't match what I have. I'll replace the part, but if it fails again, it's going in the garbage. Not happy.
