Poor Functionality, mediocre performance with basic function
Sound is ok, not great. It connected via HDMI ARC ok. Connected to Alexa, it hijacks my alexa. I give alexa instructions in one room and it is in another and hijacks the conversation. It does NOT allow connection to any other devices, like my CD Player. I connected via optic cable but nothing. There are no controls on app or remote to use optic input. Called TS, they said optic only works with TV and automatically uses it when hooked up. Poor functionality in expensive product. Very disappointed.

Activation problem
Got this product a few years back. Downloaded Bose Music app to my iPhone. Everything pairs up but I keep getting Activation Failed notice. Contacted Bose twice and both times after explaining everything, they hung up on me. Even gave them my phone number to call me but to no avail. Very poor customer service.
