Somewhat odd collection of local names
I suspect the sometimes strange collection of properties may owe more to sponsorship deals than anything else, with local companies' logos featuring prominently on most properties, but it is still fun to buy and sell properties which are familiar in reality, not just from the monopoly board ‒ especially for the kids.

A lot of ads and some questionable place choices
This is good but there are a LOT of ads on the board, which is annoying and obviously goes a long way to explaining why some of the places chosen for it are not the most obvious ones (and not even all in Cambridge!)...
