Incompatible pipe fitting for UK
Big warning before buying this lovely tap for UK based buyers:IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE STANDARD UK PIPE FITTING.The flex hose supplied has a joint for which UK buyers must buy an adapter.Bargain bought not such a bargain now with plumber having to make a trip into town to locate and buy the adapters.Looks very nice now fitted but be warned.

Beautiful tap
Have had this replaced when the one in my brand new home failed….Chose to pay more and hopefully will last. Had to get someone to fit it and he needed to add extra bits, as these were missing (not supplied for UK). So far, so good.

Looks good, but very disappointing
I thought that buying a basin mixer tap for our bathroom would be straight-forward. Wrong! This tap is unsuitable because the water flow is too slow - it takes ages to fill the basin. The plumber tells me that the small diameter pipes fitted to the tap are restricting the water. This, and the lack of height between the water tank and the tap, causes the very slow flow. No doubt we'd be OK if we had a downstairs bathroom, but we haven't. It would have helped if Amazon had included some warning. I suspect we'll be changing the tap in the near future.
