You MUST use a video card, CPU does not support motherboard video
Intel Core i5 Core 12400F + GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 combo for $218, July 2024.I had trouble when finishing up building a PC from this combo. It would NOT post when I fired it up using the onboard video, just a black screen. After extensive searching online and finding almost nothing, I noticed the little words "discrete graphics required" on the box that the CPU came in. This means you MUST use a video card, there is no graphics capability in this CPU. I've never seen that before, but it certainly is annoying. I don't need a lot of graphics for what I wanted to use the PC for, crunching a lot of numbers and running big spreadsheets, so buying a video card seems like a waste. Well, I had to buy an old model video card to make it work, but it all works fine. Spend a few more bucks and get a CPU that does not require a dedicated video card. Otherwise, it's been a great mobo/cpu.

Amazing performance and good price, even comes with a cpu fan but does not come with screws for the motherboard.

When I got the product I took it in to get it installed and they called my phone a few hours later and asked where did I got this and I asked why and they said the motherboard is dead and the cpu is broken so you’re gonna want to get your money back
