Did the job
This is a late review. While I don’t pump anymore since my flow is good and exactly when my little one needs to eat, I don’t use them anymore. They worked good not soo comfortable but helped if add some nipple butter for suction and prevent nipple from over drying and irritation.

Great for larger breasts
Was using a 28 flange and still having discomfort. Upgraded to the 30, it came the next day and it’s felt so much better. The extra duckbills were great too.

So much more comfortable now that I have the right size flange
The flanges that came with my pump were too small. The biggest was a 28, and my nipple was rubbing; that was very uncomfortable. I’m very grateful that they make the right size for me

Great for Elastic Nipples!
I use these with my Spectra pump and they work great. I went from the 28mm flange to 30 due to having elastic nipples and this product has been a life saver!
