I recently purchased the ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System as a replacement for my CPAP setup, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The top-of-head tube connection offers an incredible amount of freedom of movement throughout the night, which is something I didn’t realize I was missing until I tried this system. I no longer feel restricted or tangled up in tubing, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my ability to sleep comfortably without interruption.The quick-release elbow is another standout feature. It’s incredibly convenient, allowing me to disconnect from the CPAP machine easily without having to remove the entire mask. This is a real game-changer for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks or when I need to adjust the mask without fully waking up. The ease of detaching and reattaching without any hassle has definitely improved my sleep quality.The nasal pillows cushion is soft and comfortable, providing optimal nose coverage without causing discomfort or pressure points. The silicone cushion feels secure but gentle, offering a reliable seal that helps me breathe easily throughout the night without leaks or discomfort.Please note that this is just the frame system (including the elbow and nasal pillows cushion), so if you need headgear, you will need to purchase that separately. This wasn’t an issue for me, as I already had headgear from my previous setup. I've used CPAP for years and only real concern was the 'head-gear'... When I saw these listed I thought now THAT design makes good sense, having the air inlet on the top. It is so comfortable and you hardly know it's on!!! Great design!!! I'm probably going to order an extra just in case something were to happen to this one.

It's the OEM ResMed kit and will perfectly replace the equivalents that came with your AirSense 11 machine.

ALL of Resmed masks are awful. No seriously. They all suck.

It does what it's supposed to. Good price for the quality and the functionality of it.
