SF-E320001- Very Nice Elliptical- however customer service is not so hot
Ok so Im going to go over exactly what happened after receiving my elliptical. The box is EXTREMELY HEAVY, which is to be expected.Upon opening the box, there were parts everywhere... loose parts.. screws, washers, Wave washers. The package containing the small parts must have come open during shipment.I took a great deal of time trying to locate everything and confirm that I had the correct # of each item.Initially I was missing one of the wave washers and I actually found a very small screw that I couldn't locate on the parts list which meant it came off of one of the partially pre-assembled parts. And I could not figure out where it came from. I immediately utilized the customer support email and sent them a message including the model #, the name and part # of the wave washer that was missing out of the owners manual and a PHOTO of the little screw that I found unattached to anything. I sent the email on Feb 4th and was of course hoping for a quick response because at this point Ive got everything all over my living room waiting to be put together. On FEB 11th, I received a response from customer service who asked me for the PROOF OF PURCHASE (how do I have part #s from the owners manual to provide them to begin with? and why would I email them for help with a product I DIDN'T ORDER) MY SHIPPING ADDRESS (why?), SERIAL # AND PART NUMBERS NEEDED (already provided and one of them, the photo, I had already explained that I had no part # for it). No response regarding the photo I provided. So at this point 7 days later... I was super upset and trust me they now know it.The good news is that I continued to attempt assembly to see if the wave washer would magically turn up or if I would be able to figure out where that miscellaneous screw was supposed to go to. and whalah!!! I did find the wave washer and realized that the little misc screw went to one of the rear pedal assemblies. One side had the screw and one side didn't... so it all ended up working out for me because of my own persistence and patience... but I pray to God this elliptical lasts because I would hate to have to contact customer service again and get such terrible service. They clearly didn't read my email and I can't believe after getting a concerning email like that from a new customer they would respond with this "auto type" "impersonal" message showing no concern that I just spent $600 with their company and got a mess of a product at first. Now on to the finished product, which by the way took me 4 HOURS to put together. Part of that is due to missing parts that I couldn't locate at first. Assembly was fairly easy but time consuming. The Elliptical itself is amazing. I LOVE IT! Tension is good and fluctuates depending on the specific program chosen. The different programming options make it so nice to be able change things up and also work up to higher level programs as you get in shape. So far, I would highly recommend and will come back to update if anything changes. This product is sturdy, not loud at all and has a very smooth stride. Not sure if the pulse reader is completely accurate but I think its close.

GREAT elliptical, perfect gym alternative. Home Assembly, needs improvement
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Sunny Health 11lbs flywheel elliptical over a month ago and had it assembled (eventually, see side note) by Amazon Home. Overall, I love the elliptical and have recommended it to family and friends. Background: Avid gym user 5-6x a week, normal routine includes 45mins to 1hr on a commercial gym elliptical.Pros to Sunny:- QUIET! Doesn’t make a peep, a credit to the assembly service provider’s workmanship and lubricant.- Similar functions and programs as a commercial gym elliptical, including various programs (with the ability to set user programs), levels and resistance. Also includes body fat analysis, HR, and Target HR measurements.- VERY SMALL FOOTPRINT, with little compromise to stride and general user comfort, including use of tablet holder and bottle holder.- Bright backlight on user board. I use this at 3-4am with the lights off, with no problem.CONSThis is purely subjective. I find Sunny’s resistance decent and comparable to the commercial gym elliptical I use; HOWEVER, the gym elliptical does provide a higher range of intensity with its resistance option. I do get a good workout with the Sunny 11lbs flywheel elliptical, but to match the calories burned as dictated by my Apple Watch, I have to work-out EITHER longer or at higher level than I would the gym equipment (I.e, gym level is 10, Sunny would be around 14/15 for the same caloric loss at the same duration of work-out). Not a big deal at all.* Side note: I had a HORRIBLE experience with Amazon Home Assembly resulting in a over-a-week delay in setting up my elliptical. I would rate this service a 3. I would have said 1, as the projected assembly service provider did not show up or call or text or email TWICE. Amazon Home Customer service also claimed to not be able to reach service providers directly, only through email, that comes with a standard turn around time of TWO DAYS. Amazon Home Customer Service also proceeded to mark my missed appointment as user-fault, stating I was not home and did not answer the phone when I was indeed home ALL DAY and no one called me, not Amazon Home nor the Service Provider, ALL DAY.But when I eventually got serviced, Matthew, was truly wonderful- quick and professional- and obviously set up the elliptical right. And for that, I rate the service a 3. Thank you Matthew.

Took a licking, kept on ticking.
Mine was roughed up in shipping. Just be forewarned, if you're going to buy large heavy exercise equipment online, there's a good chance it will arrive damaged. I knew this going in, there's review after review about this happening to folks. I took the plunge anyway because I didn't like what the local brick and mortar places were offering. So the back plate was cracked and the speed sensor was also knocked off kilter. The machine doesn't need to a backplate to work but the speed sensor is a different story. If the machine doesn't detect you're using it, it'll just shut off after a few minutes. I'm handier than most and I don't believe in returning stuff if it can be fixed on your own. It's a lot of hassle and the thing you get back can also be damaged. So I disassembled the machine and realigned it myself. It's a little bitty thing in the back wheel, looks like a 3.5mm aux jack or something. Rotated it 10 degrees to the right, the thing started reading speed again and I was good to go.I makes a little noise using it but this thing will wear you out and you'll feel good using it. My experience so far.
