Used as directed this product cleaned our concrete patio. A few years of neglect had gathered dirt in the rough surface and areas of black and green mold where water and some plant matter would pool after rains. . Some brushing with an outdoor push broom during 15 minute wait period helped. Very happy with results. Will use once out twice a year going forward to maintain.

Works well. the problem is the shipper does not pack it well. they had to ship each order twice to get it here, leaks. Will not buy from these people again.

Box was left on my front porch eating itself away. Because of reviews I wanted to try it on my vinyl siding. Make sure the on off handle is turned and locked left to get solution. It foams so you can see it work. It works where it can be applied. My problem was at gutter level and above. When I tilted the bottle clear water came out. It removed dirt and grime where I could apply it. White vinyl trim looks great. If you need to order this from Amazon ask it be left on cement.

This stuff is amazing! Sprayed the vinyl siding on my house and it literally disappeared before my eyes.

I have not used the product yet, but am hopefully that it will work great. I gave less stars because the product was leaking when it arrived.

I never received order and gave prime,order placed delivery was supposed to be next day 4 days later got an email saying product being shipped back for damage,had to reorder and refund taking I was told 15 days,that is totally unacceptable

Cleans very well, just sprayed on and scrubbed lightly with siding brush then rinsed off. I treated mine twice and it came completely clean.NOTE: Cover plants so over spray doesn't get on leaves.
