Bought as a gift for a visit to Prague. We'll received and a good guide book

Having just returned from Prague, I found this book to be a very useful guide for my four-day stay - far more than its small size would suggest. There is a handy map which can be pulled out of the book (I did, I found it more useful that way). Strongly recommended.

I travel a fair bit and to get the most out of my visits I generally buy one or two guide books. In this case, due to they great feedback I only got this small one. But, its all you need.The book is divided up into sections and even gives advice on one day trips and what to see. I am in Prague for 5 days and have already decided to see both Josef Koudelka photographic exhibitions but whilst the may willingly most of a day, I needed to know whats to see, when its best to see it and also what travellers usually miss. The book covers all.Its small so it goes in my pocket or camera bag. No need to carry about large books (I have 36 Hours, 125 weekends in Europe and thats a book you would not want to carry with you). The Lonely Planet guide seems to be all I need.

Travelling in December. Wanted to make the most of our 3 days. Map is very good. Priced because book is slightly out of date, so any shops or restaurants recommend maybe no longer be there. Already found where we're staying and how to get to square, bridge etc. Think I would recommend. Looking forward to using it. X

This made our trip! We went to Prague for 4 days and not only did we have pre-planned day trips in the guide, but we also found it very easy to literally put it in our pockets and change our plans if needed to. It is easy to follow, it has great restaurant recommendations and it was very up to date. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great little guidebook, was used but looked like new!

Perfect, couldn't have asked for anything more from a travel guide. Its a convenient size and has plenty of Information and saved the reader some effort by highlighting the main best attractions in Prague near the beginning.
