Exactly how describe easy to use would defo buy again

Hi I have just received my electric balloon pump from you, I pluged it in to try it and it made a massive bang tripped all my electric off and gave me a shock all up my arm very dangerous if it was my son was to try it first as you can see in pictures the plug came open and the wire is hanging out I’m very disappointed something needs doingKind regards

This was a real help putting up Christmas decorations this year. It operates fairly quietly and is efficient and easy to use. The cable is a bit short though.

It blows 5 inch and modelling balloons well. It's continuous noise and blowing so becomes annoying. Doesn't blow 11inch up great
