One of the biggest differences between this phone and the next few higher price phone from Samsung is the amount of memory. It is much cheaper to buy a micro SD memory card and put it right next to your SIM card than buy higher priced phones. It is easy to set high memory item like photos to go direct to the SD card. Plus when you want to print special photos it easier to do at home or at office supply stores and drug stores.

Not gonna lie, I was afraid to purchase this phone on Amazon, but OMG!! This phone is amazing. I popped in my sim card, and it connected up to my carrier, transferred my data and contacts. The process was effortless and was surprising. The package arrived unopened with the seal in place. Everything was included and I received it overnight. This was the best shopping experience I've ever had tbh. Really happy!

Real easy to install from my old phone; everything copied over without much issues.The real problem is the phone is slow. It takes a second to response to command. I'm not sure what the issue is - but this makes the phone not usable.While the price is excellent for a 5G phone, it's not good.

I just bought one of these phones in Silver and I love it.It feels and looks really sharp. It's snappy. I'm embarrassed that I'm enjoying the look and feel of this phone so much that I don't want to put it in the protective case I bought. The texture pattern on the back of the phone feels premium. It's like I only paid $219 but got a $1000 phone. First off. I would like to give "Zero" stars!!! This company is a scam!!! It says unlocked Nationwide phone with all the carriers listed!! First off when you get the phone it's international!!! Secondly it does not work with MetroPCS!!!! Which was stated in their ad!!! Completely disappointed never been so misled!!! I went and bought a MetroPCS SIM card, tried to activate it and it was a fail they told me the phone was not unlocked and not compatible!!!! Buyer please beware!!! And they will not take the phone back!!!!

This phone is not compatible with Metro by T-mobile. Even though it says it is compatible in the title and description!!! But when you try to connect the phone to Metro by T-mobile it says that the phone is locked and not compatible. When using the Metro Website to either connect the phone to your already existing account or even if you try to connect it with a brand new service account with a new phone number.... im sure if you can get to the Metro Store. Then they can probably get it connected (i can't say for sure though). Only because I didn't try to connect it with Metro by going to the Offical Metro by T-mobile dealership store.... but im disabled and can't get to the store. So I only know that you can't connect it through your home computer or phone.
