It actually works as advertised!!
Absolute miracle product for me! I had a deep fissure on the ball of my foot that wouldn't heal. Every step hurt like a knife. I used antibiotic creams, heal balm, petroleum jellies, anti-fungus spray--you name it I tried it. I was in pain for weeks. I used this cream according to the instructions and the first morning the pain was gone and the fissure was visibly healing. May not work that way for every one, but it helped me.

The ointment is good, but the spray emptied very quickly. Not too much in the can.

This salt water wash and wound cream was recommended by my podiatrist after a minor foot procedure. Worked wonders to heal from the inside out. Was concerned because of my diabetes but cream and wash did the job quickly and no problems. Bought more for future use.
