Terrible product
Not even 2 months after receiving this I had to replace the rubber part on the sprayer and 5 1/2 months after purchase the hose started leaking. This product is not built to last at all

British units vs SAE
While the faucet is excellent, it is threaded in 3/4 British, which is less than 1/2" UAE. After running around to 3 places, no one had an adapter. I finally ordered one online. After only a few uses, the rubber end cover of the faucet ripped and water spewed all over. I ordered a replacement cover, which was twice as nice as the original and now it works like a champ! I'd buy it again, but I was disappointed that there were no instructions regarding an adapter and the quality of the original rubber end cap

This product leaks like a sieve.
We had a leak after about a month, and it was an easy fix once we figured it out. I am now changing my initial review to 4 stars. The seller was very good at communication during this process.

Bad sprayer
Hose is good, sprayer is bad. I returned and ordered new incase I just got a bad one and NOPE, second one did the same thing.

Absolute Garbage
I bought two new units and installed them in early November, 2022. One lasted a whopping 4 months before rupturing. The other just petered out today (early June, 2023.) The first time it happened, I thought it was just a fluke, but two in less than eight months? That's poor design. I had kept the first one for spare parts, so I was able to do a post mortem on them both. I found that both had died from the same disease: where the flex hose meets the upright column from the faucet - right where it bends - the inner hose (inside the flex cover) was all kinked and split. I highly DON'T recommend this. You have been warned.
