It has an excellent taste for being low sugar.It is slightly pricey but worth it because of the low sugar content.It is thick and comes out in blobs at times as opposed to a ribbon of balsamic.I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy it again even though it is pricey.

I love glaze but I'm on a low carb diet I've been using this for a couple months daily and no changes. Taste great and makes the dish (look) taste better.

I really like this for the tart, slightly fruity flavor. It is good for dipping crusty bread, and also we make a salad with steak and arugula that tastes great with a balsamic glaze. It is a good top for dispensing, and it doesn't come out too fast. The quality seems good.I took off a star, because the top was not sealed when i got it, nor was there a seal covering the bottle top to peel back when you are ready to start using it. So when you receive it, you don't know how long it's already been since it was made, and it hasn't been optimized for keeping it fresh and minimizing air exposure. Mine had a best-use date in 2025, so i assumed the quality must still be plenty good for a while. It tastes perfectly fine, but i'm conditioned to feel like it is weird if a product isn't sealed when i buy it.

After experiencing a glaze in a recent dinner at a restaurant, I just had to order this to recreate the dish and it was great! I use this glaze on everything, especially on Mozzarella Caprese!

The top of the product was broke and the glaze spilled all over.
