GiviTRK52N Trekker 52-Monokey Top Case with Aluminium Cover, Silver

replacing a broken top case, like for like. this Givi case is well built and easy to change the lock to retain one key operation for my motorcycle side cases and now new top case. big enough to hold a full face helmet, maybe two at a squeeze.

Nothing to dislike about this product it's awseome and so easy to use and fit in seconds, great for my iom tt visit recently, no more bungie chords! Also looks great compared to other plastic top boxes 😎👌

This box along with the Givi universal bracket fits and works perfectly for my bike. The bracket was no hassle to fit and the box fits on it great. Sturdy box and fits in my Arai tour X4 helmet along with other bits no problem. It looks good in my opinion and a lot lighter than the metal equivalent.

I got this as an upgrade to my BMW vario top box, which although will expand from 25l to 35l’s it’s still too narrow. No such issues with this 52l box and it takes 2 full faced helmets. Although it’s a tight squeeze, as both of them are flip fronts, but they still fit - just!This is a great piece of kit, and compliments my vario panniers on my R1200 GS. On smaller bikes it might look a bit big though.

Key lock was very stiff from day one. Had to give it a few good squirts with WD40 to loosen it up. Apart from that, all good.

I ordered the Givi Trekker 52 to replace my Givi 56 Maxima which after 15 years of daily commuting and touring around Europe, is shall we say a little 'tired'! It as was a good price and the estimated delivery time was ok (ordered on a Saturday, received the following Thursday). The item arrived but after the delivery driver left I noticed a puncture in the cardboard packaging. Sure enough in the corresponding position on the Trekker case, was a small dent which was really frustrating. The case had been dispatched in Givi's own packaging which whilst looked ok, was just not sufficient to protect it, being a single layer of cardboard. I contemplated living with it but then thought no hang it! The returns process was so simple, and a replacement was duly dispatched and delivered the following Monday in perfect condition. Amazon had this time enclosed the Givi package into their own packaging for additional protection.What's all the more impressive is, having checked the tracking, I discovered the case was sourced both times from Hanover in Germany!I'm giving this the full 5 stars despite the frustration as the Amazon prime service proved itself.As regards the Givi Trekker 52l itself, I'm more than satisfied. The aluminium finish, which is a thin layer over the plastic case, I suspect will be susceptible to dents and scratches so if your meticulous in respect of maintaining the pristine looks, this might not be for you. I have had Givi products for donkeys years and they haven't failed me yet. I aim to do my best to keep this case blemish free for as long as I can, but hey, its a case!

Great value from RWN and delivered from Germany in a week. Big enough to hold two helmets which is a bonus when two up but easy to remove when not needed. Really well made and looks great, well pleased.
