The look and feel of this band are both nice. It's heavy and does not look or feel cheap. As a woman with very small wrists, the complaint I have is its size. I removed every removable link (even the two without arrows on them) just to get it to fit. But since the clasp is made straight instead of curved (well very slightly curved), it doesn't rest well on my wrist. I still wear it every day because it's the best band I could find and nobody else would notice it but me. However, I'd love for the clasp to be more curved or even smaller to accommodate a small wrist. There are, by the way, no women's options or small options that are comparable. At least none I could find. All in all, I'd recommend. Especially if you have normal wrists, you'll probably be just fine.
