Terribly disappointed!
They are made of small cut up chunks of left over memory foam from other products, I'm thinking!. Imagine sleeping on peanuts, only a tad softer. The peanuts aren't big enough to squish softly under your head. Terrible product for what it is designed for! I would fire the "pillow engineers"! There is no rating choice for "EPIC PILLOW FAIL!" Send them all home with the designers.

These pillows had a terrible smell. Didn't go away after a few days so I returned them

Super supportive; after few weeks not so much
In the beginning I really loved these pillows. They were soft and comfortable but sturdy enough to alleviate neck pain. But after a few weeks of using these GEL PILLOWS; the stuffing has shifted and they’re not keeping shape retention. Now it’s like the pillow is lop sided and not as supportive. Pricing was high.

Comfortable and quality pillow
Very comfortable.Much higher quality than I anticipated for the price point.Memory foam holds it shape.The design using pieces of foam allowed me to scrunch it under my neck as my doctor recommended.I love my solid memory foam pillow but it isn’t scrunchable. This pillow costs 5x less than the solid pillow.
