Q: Is this Bag exactly same as Safari Expandar 45L bagpack?

There's a slight difference in design, in Safari the expander zip expands the major chamber which is used for packing clothes, where as in the Impulse the expander zip expands the laptop section. Apart from this the other design aspects are more or less equal, except the rain-cover is attached in Safari, and detachable in Impulse. The fabric, back cushions and zipper style are better in Safari, but good enough in Impulse too considering the price point.
