The packaging is fine. As for whether they work, I don't see the difference yet because I take them by the jacket.

I have no doubt that this will help Reduced Fatigue, Increased Energy, Normal Psychological Function when taken daily for months, however too much magnesium in the body will deplete zinc, and vice versa. I could argue this product should come with zinc as well, and even though it is 500 grams the tub should be full up 1kg for the price 25 quid, as there are cheaper magnesium supplements on the market, and I could just squeeze a lemon for citric acid.Still this product is made with quality in mind, and it mixes well with water to make a nice tasting sour drink, I went a step further and combined it with a small amount of apple cider vinegar with the mother, and natural ginger juice with added lemon, it was delicious and healthy for the body to have in small portions. I also had Zinc supplement with this.Fun fact: This product doesn't come with a 2.5g scoop, but magnesium carbonate is vegan.Dosage as stated is- 1-2 times per a day one teaspoon 2.5g in a glass of warm water. Max 5g per day.I used a kitchen scale to get it perfect because my teaspoons are larger than usual.

I'm desperate to get my hair back long again after a really short cut a couple years back and my hair doesn't seem to grow what so ever!! Been taking these religiously since they arrived and so far I'm not seeing much difference if any in the growth of my hair, HOWEVER, my nails have gotten really strong and less bendy after I started using these so I'm still holding out hope they will work for my hair too. They do definitely work on nails as I also snapped one a little while back and it's certainly grown more than it would have before using these pills.I will say my hair does seem to be a bit shinier and healthier looking but I've recently changed my washing routine so it could be that or a mixture of both.The pills are small but quite thick so fairly easy to swallow but they smell and taste a bit funky.. not too bad to put me off but definitely take them with a cordial drink inwtead of plain water if you're sensitive to bad tastes.They're also quite dusty/powdery which I'm not really sure why as it doesn't seem that any have broken/been crushed somehow.
