I just received the unit today. It arrived on time and packaged very well. I contacted tech support which had the domestic phone number in the case. I was not sure on an issue and the tech support person (Katie) was very understanding and helpful and answered my question. I even extended the warrantee by scanning the Amazon receipt and emailing to her. The warrantee is one year which is better then most others. The product is sturdy built and easy to connect to be charged.So far so good!Al D

I have incredibly tight muscles in my upper back and neck that never loosen, so I get massages about every 2 weeks, plus I see a chronic pain doctor. I wanted something to help relieve my pain at home in between massages, so I bought this hoping it would help. Initially, this worked great... and it still does mostly. In order to get into my muscles at all, I have to pull this quite hard into my muscles using the hand holders. I was worried that the motor wouldn't be strong enough to work like this, but it does keep going... even if it does bog down a little. I feel like it helps with my pain... especially in the neck area. I bought this brand specifically because you are supposed too be able to use it while it is charging. It worked like that as advertised for awhile, but now it won't turn on at all while it's being charged. This is a bummer for me, because that's the main reason I got this one. Overall this works pretty well, but if you're buying it for the reason I did I would maybe think twice.

It's perfect! I bought it for myself and I wasn't sure about it (for the price) but it's amazing! I used it today when I got home from work and I feel asleep using it haha, best purchase ever!

This is works so well on my neck. It helps relieve my stiff neck. It feels great after I use it. I recommend it highly.

This was bigger than I thought. A little on the heavy side too. It does a great job massaging into the sore spot.

Works well. The straps are a good idea to keep it positioned where needed. The only complaint I can say is it doesn't stay charged long & u can't use while on charger. It takes much longer to charge than I can actually use. And I have a super fast charger. I don't know why they wouldn't make it so u can use while it's on charger

I ordered this in hope of getting the knots out of my neck and shoulders and yes, it did. It really did the job as I hoped.
