Regrettably, instead of demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving the matter, the representatives consistently sidestepped their responsibility.Initially, I was instructed to reach out to the dealer regarding the faulty product. However, this approach only exacerbated my frustration, as the dealer promptly redirected me back to Amazon. The continuous cycle of back-and-forth interactions cast doubt on the sincerity of their efforts – it felt like a never-ending game of shifting responsibility.In an effort to find a solution, I opted to communicate with them via phone. At first, their response appeared promising, as they assured me that a dedicated sales associate would be in contact shortly. Regrettably, this glimmer of hope faded rapidly, as the promised communication never transpired. After patiently waiting for the associate's outreach, I was disheartened to discover that the window for product exchanges had closed. This left me with a defective item and no avenue for resolution.
