Works great
arrived well packaged and as advertise with the exception that it was not clear to me that it would be in a matt or satin finish, Since the rosewood I was matching was on my dash, and little of it, I decided the door panels would look fine in satin. So, I began. This vinyl treatment is always a little tricky if you haven't used it before, but a small heat gun will prove to be absolute necessity for any radius or curve your encounter. Having dealt with this previously, I was ready. I am no "pro", and close inspection will show this, but the general effect is a very cool look and finish to be sure. Any complaints I might have are of my own, since the product itself is quite forgiving and really strong. I did use a pen of adhesive prep solution for this install that came with my last order of vinyl (from another vendor). I would have liked that and a little instruction included with the product.

Don’t waste your money!!!
This product looks amazing but is horrible to work with… after applying to bare wood it started bubbling later in the day… almost like the stickiness is wearing out… no matter how many times or how long I keep pressure on the bubbles to get them out they still pop back up all throughout the project…. First time I ordered this it was advertised to use heat… that was a disaster so got a refund and decided to try it again without the heat and it went on fine then shortly after I noticed the bubbles appearing on every piece I put it on… Will NEVER us the vvivid architectural vinyl again… I’ve used contact paper with better adhesive on it…. Horrible product!!!! I wish I could put negative stars on it…

Not glossy but easy to apply in a dashboard!
I got this earlier than expected. Packaged in a durable plastic. I wads expecting a glossy look but it's not. Anyway, the product is durable and not hard to apply just like any vinyl stickers. Just use a heat gun while applying it to your dashboard. I'm planning to add a glossy paint over it once I finish putting it to make it look like a real wood. 4 star only for not being glossy.

You NEED a heat gun for this or just don't buy it
The media could not be loaded. And wash your dang hands.I don't care if you only hugged your grandma, wash your hands first. The oils and stuff on your hands will mess up everything..Clean your items thoroughly and then wipe with alcohol. Also, to be totally honest, must have a hot air/heat gun. I don't think a blow dryer will cut it.This film is very thick and it must be heated to be manageable. It will crease, if you don't take your time... and heat it.I can't wait to wrap some more things coz this was the first time I've ever had a heat gun at the same time I was about to wrap something.Using a heat gun vs a blow dryer is a night and day difference.2 seconds on low heat and you will be wrapping corners in no time.I think I'm almost ready to pull this wrap off and start all over again cuz I didn't do the corners quite right, but I finally got the hang of it towards the end. I'm currently trying out wrapping my Oculus Quest 2.

No instructions
I knew this was different than plain contact paper but when it arrived there were no instructions. I assumed there would be a link on the website but couldn't find one. I knew to use a heat gun, but would it shrink, how easy was it to re position? I cut a small piece and experimented. I found it very difficult to work with. It wanted to keep rolling up, and if sticky meets sticky it's all over. I needed a few more hands. When cutting with an Exacto knife it seemed to have a mind of it's own. It wants to run like a crack in glass. All in all my 1st project turned out pretty good, but it wasn't easy. Not really a bad product, just would have appreciated some guidance.

Easily form able with just a little heat.
I used this on the top of door panels and on a glove compartment door in a Peterbilt truck.

More of a matte texture
I was expecting it to be glossy but you can see in the images it is more matte. I’m thinking I will spray a clear coat over it. Great product, I was worried about getting it around the corners but with a heat gun I was able to!

WILL NOT STICK TO ANYTHING!
This is a good "looking" product, but thats all!I've used other Vivid products (the blue and black carbon fiber)Almost sticks too good. This stuff won't stick to glass, plastic, metal,NOTHING! JUNK! HOPEFULLY I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!
