Maggi fix und frisch Spaghetti Bolognese by Maggi

This brings me right back to mom's table in Poland in the 90's that continued over to New York in 1994 thanks to Knorr and now Maggi :). This spaghetti is saucy and homey, just the right amount of cozy and oh so delicious. I simply cook a little under a pound of beef chuck (ground) in two spoons of vegetable oil in a hot pan until crumbly, then I add the contents of this packet and 1 ¼ cups of water, bring to boil for a few minutes then I add a few spoons of heavy cream ( trust me) then turn off and cook your pasta and add little of that finished pasta water to heat the meat sauce back up with, like 3 tablespoons of pasta water or so.. I pick Spaghetti or the smaller size Spaghettini, when it's boiling turn up the sauce then mix both sauce and cooked pasta in the sauce pot and add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Yum. This German mix brings me back to my childhood, it's delicious and the perfect cozy meal on a cold night.- Kasia S.

Another great Maggi product and this is something that my wife grew with in Germany and of course our kids love it!!

I was looking for German made fix for Spaghetti Bolognese for a very long time and I finally found it on Amazon. Thank you!

The packages of Bolognese look like they have been through the washing machine!!! Disgusting!!!
