I finally decided to try this when I could not find the product I had been buying. I don't even know if it was returnable, but I didn't have need to use it until I'd had it more than a month. I do not like that it's brown, but it is also not quite a gel - too liquidy, poured out all over my wrist and ran - because it's too liquidy. I put it on a wound and it seemed to do nothing. Within a few days, the wound looked worse and was red around it. I found an old tube of what I had WANTED to buy and squeezed out a few drops onto my freshly cleaned wound. My skin felt better immediately and by the next day, the redness was gone and the place will now heal. Really hate that I wasted the money on this product. From now on, if I can't find Silver Shield by Nature's Sunshine, I will just use straight colloidal silver..
