Bigger and healthier then expectedWe are in love. They got here within 3 days safe and secure. Floated in arrival bag 15 minutes and got out by hand. Into new tank. They are beautiful. Bigger dark 1 snowflake is in tunnel but here’s the albino. I will be ordering more. No doubt.

Do not buy these! Too small they are no bigger than a tadpole. Any local pet store will have much bigger Pleco s. At least you can be sure they are the right size for your tank. One of mine was missing a tail! Both of them were eaten immediately! No return or replacements offered on this sale . Very disappointed.Luck of the draw . 2nd purchase I made. First one was bigger but still not as pictured or described . Buyer beware. Fooled me once shame on you. Twice, shame on me.

This is the second time I have ordered live fish from this company and I must say the quality of the fish is excellent. The fish are healthy and most importantly came in alive. It's amazing that these little fish was in a box for 2 days. That shows me that this company takes the extra steps in carefully packaging my pet fish.

I previously ordered shrimp from this seller so I was expecting a similar positive experience and I was not disappointed. They arrived within 2 days of shipping. The post office was NOT gentle with them. The box was damaged with one corner completely collapsed in and slightly damp so I feared the worst. However upon opening they were extremely well insulated, cool, and active. The bag did leak, but they had enough water to make it. The seller sent an extra pleco, 2 albino, a black. They are larger than I was expecting and very active in the bag. Every time I've ordered from this seller I've been impressed by health, looks, and packaging.

Fish arrived alive and seemed well. But both died within 2 days. My tank tested good. So not sure what happened. Maybe the water was too cold and handling during transit might not of been great. There is no telling.

I was doing worried my little guys wouldn't make the trip, especially since usps is playing games with my packages. Saying they tried to deliver my a#$. 8am the next morning I am at the post office trying pick it. The post lady walks around the corner and says " oh the box wiggles!" Thank goodness for that. Both arrived alive and healthy. It was almost kinda cute they looked to be cuddling almost. Like the trip bonded them. Even when I put then in a bucket to acclimate them. They stayed right next to each. I have seen my albino zooming around checking out the new tank. But that darn snow flake is like a ninja. Hard to find him In there. Overall I am super pleased with my purchase.
