I've been using another brand for years and tried these - I like these better! Price is better and ingredients are comparable.

My husband has been using these for several months and it really does make a big difference in how much volume he produces. He takes 2 in the morning and 2 at night, which is different than it says on the bottle but seems to work really well. These pills definately are really big and I thought he had lost his mind to be taking them based on what he had read about them doing but somewhere along the line they started working and I'm so glad he did!

Guys, I’m telling you to buy this product right now and take 3 a day like it recommends. You will not be disappointed. Volume increase is magical. You want believe what is happening to you! I have tried many lecithin products and this is by far my favorite as it has no soy in it and still provides awesome results!

Apparently some gels were broken when I got it ...it happens but will try again but if it happens again I will find another brand

My naturopath approved this brand as a suitable substitute when there was none of my usual Now brand available. They are similar in size and seem to be of good quality.

This product has a higher concentration of lecithin while many other similar products only contain 1,200MG per serving. One capsule per day is sufficient to do the job.

My family started taking for many reasons. The pill is large but my 11yr old swallows with no difficulty. Will continue to buy this product and brand
