Great value. Wish pills were smaller, rather take 2 smaller than 1 big one. Dissolves quick as there is no coating. Overall has helped with my medical issues tho.

I love this stuff and swear by it. I personally use this for anxiety and for interstitial cystitis! I’m not a medical professional so ask your dr! However just noting this stuff works for me! Love the brand. Pill size is big but doesn’t bother me at all!!!

I've been taking these for a couple years before my workout, but almost choked to death on one recently. These are challenging to swallow because they are chalky (traction to your throat instead of glide) and large. I'm going to switch back to the regular capsules after a scare
