I had to search for too long to find creatine tablets (capsules) that didn't have extra crap in them that they don't need, Iike Magnesium Sterate, which is responsible, i believe, for some of the reported stomach issues from creatine users.This is just creatine and i have had no stomach craps from taking it. The capsules are relatively small, hard to believe it can contain 3g with the four servings, but this is the same with most creatine pills and that is why power is better, but not as convenient.

Packaging seems good quality, seals good.Easy to use/swallow, not too big. I didn't have any issues with taste/aftertaste.As for performance, I can't give much insight unfortunately. I run and haven't noticed a difference. I've use creatine in the past and again, never noticed a difference.Price is decent value.I prefer capsules to powders.

The plastic container has 120 capsules and @ 4 servings per serving that gives you 1 months supply. I'm surprised that @ 4 capsules is only 3000mg of creatine. I normally go for 5000mg supplements. Obviously you could take 2 more capsules to take you up 4500mg but then that would only give you 20 days supply @ 6 capsules per day. So I don't consider this ultra strength as the packaging suggests. So maybe a powder is a better option or a higher strength creatine supplement.

There's good evidence that creatine is safe and improves weightlifting performance, with some limited evidence it also improves brain function. I've been taking these pills for a couple weeks and they've been easy to swallow and I can lift heavier than before. 4 pills = 3g creatine, 7 pills= 5g. I would recommend them.
