Blind bought, hoping it would work as a solution to a problem
I bought this for a reason that most people wouldn't buy it for. I picked up a diabetic testing meter that is a USB C and can be plugged into my phone directly for testing. GREAT! Except.... I would have to take my case off my phone (Otterbox) every time I needed to test. Which is twice a day. That was getting to be problematic for me as I have the occasional "dropsies" and I don't want to drop my phone (EXPENSIVE PROPOSITION). So, away to Google I went to see if there was such thing as a USB C to USB C adapter, extender, connecter...whatever!I found it did exist and then came to Amazon to find what I needed. I settled on this one out of many. I plug the one end into my phone, plug the USB C end of my testing meter into the other end and it reads with no issues. I have tested over the last week, and am very happy with the results. As the title says, this was a blind purchase. I had absolutely no idea if this would work at all (I'm not all that techno minded with cell phones), and I am very satisfied that it does. Thank you so very much, UGREEN. I know that this is not why it was created, but I was desperate for a solution to my problem. Granted, the cable's a little long.... but I don't care. Still happy.

Works well with USB-C hub for MBP
I have a 16" Macbook Pro for work that I connect to an Anker USB-C hub (model # A8346). The hub has a very small cable built-in that isn't removable, so I needed to extend it. This cable seems to be doing a great job so far.Through the hub, with this extension, I'm getting:- power*- ethernet via USB-C adapter (no effect on speed, i'm hitting my max of 200 Mbps)- HDMI (at 30 Hz)- logitech wireless USB mouse***My only complaint is that I'm losing 6W of power. The hub only passes through 85W, so I'm getting 79W with the extension. (94W when extending the Mac power adapter directly). I don't think this is enough to affect my daily usage since I'm not rendering video or anything super power hungry.** The wireless mouse only seems to work when the extension is plugged in with a particular orientation. Flip it over if you are having trouble. The ethernet (via USB-C pass through) and the mouse (USB A) also weren't working simultaneously at one point, but unplugging things and plugging them back in seemed to fix that.

Great cable - Know your limits on TBT3
There’s seriously too much disinformation and confusion floating around the reviews for TBT3 (Thunderbolt 3) devices. I honestly don’t think that the general public knows the potential of TBT3, yet, or more people would be all about it.For my part:This 1.5ft USB-C TBT3 extension cable worked exactly as-intended to extend a “Tikko”-brand generic USB-C TBT3 hub for my laptop’s workstation setup at the office. Thank god for the extra 18 inches (never said that one before). My intended use-case was to extend aforementioned hub, which only came with a ~1ft Thunderbolt 3 connector built into the side of it - which left me with having to either place the hub in eyeshot on my workstation (and all cables going into the hub along with it) or to extend the TBT3 cable (and hide the hub from eyeshot, leaving just have this cable sticking out, ready to plug-in). This extension worked excellently for the latter.Charging worked great as well - haven’t tested if the fast-charge worked over this extension cable but I could test if anyone needed to know badly enough ahead of time.

Decent. Not for use with hubs
I bought this without realizing that it isn't suitable for use with a hub. I think it may have been updated after my purchase. I can use it for my SD card reader so I didn't return it. I do use it with my hub in a pinch but if you have multiple monitors and accessories in use, it will drop off randomly.

What can you say about an Extension cable?
I'm so happy with my UGreen USB Type C Extension Cable USB 3.2. It's compatible with all my devices that use USB 3.1, 3.2 or 4.0. Now I can place my docking station wherever I want without worrying about the cable length. It's a great product for anyone who needs more flexibility and convenience.

Worked great to connect my laptop to my Vanmass USB-C Hub
All those USB hubs have like 6 inch cords to connect to laptops, which left my stuff hanging in mid air. Was worried that there might be an actual reason for their shortness (and maybe there is) - but I had no problem with it in my case. Connected this to the hub, and the hub to a mouse, keyboard, monitor, net cable, and various usb cords to add portable devices (phone, tablet, e-reader, etc) as needed. No problems. Now, that's MY system. Your experience might differ, but it certainly worked for me. I would buy again. I like that it's not TOO long at 15 inches.

Looks like this product has a QC problem
Purchased Jan 2025 for use on a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen3 to extend the cable from its docking station. It worked fo a while then stopped. I get power but no data. I also tried it on a Samsung Tablet A9. Again it worked for a while before data communication failed.
