Was beyond satisfied with the quality of the product. It did not stink as nearly as bad as everybody said in the reviews it is a pleather material so it had that smell but it wasn't bad at all. The fit is great the look is great and it comes with extra rivets in case something happens I cannot wait to wear this to events.

I'm 6'2", 220 lbs with a "barrel chest" and this didn't fit that well. The straps just aren't enough to hold it tight and it tends to buckle out around the abdomen. The shoulder pads come very flat and had to be rolled up to give them some curve, but the main problem with them is that a single snap holds them on. They fall off constantly. I'd say the quality if good overall, but it needs more / better straps and a better way to attach the shoulders. If you want to use this for a base and can fix the straps / shoulders, it might e ok.

Pros:LOOKS NICE. Honestly I didn't expect the amount of detail on it. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Other armor pieces that I saw online that looked good were way too expensive. This is a great mid-tier alternative.ADJUSTABLE. Via the side lacing (like one size fits all)LINING. It's got a nice soft lining.Cons:SMELL. Just as others have stated, the smell isn't good. Might take quite awhile to get rid of the smell. It didn't bother me too much ultimately though. I would buy this ahead of time to let it air out. I think I had it in my closet for 3 weeks before use.COMFORT. If you're willing to sacrifice comfort for looks, then go for it. It's pretty stiff, but I suppose for what it is, that's to be expected. If you’re walking around say, a Renaissance Fair, that'll be better than sitting down in it. It's very uncomfortable to wear while sitting.TRICKY TO GET ON. I had to put it over my head like a tunic and get someone else to lace me up. It would have been very tricky to get into it by myself.Side note: I'm 5'1 for reference.

armor is advertised as having attached pauldrons, i did not get any pauldrons. also the armor isn't even faux leather, but rather CHEAP foam. it is also VERY small. my guess is cheap asian make. honestly, i wish i could get my money back.

It is nice and fits well but the first time I put it on a rivet and one of the straps kept popping off so I had to replace it with a screw backed rivet since the ones supplied didn't stay riveted

Solid Craftsmanship was exactly as advertised. Light weight and looked good. I have worn it multiple times for HalloweenI have not tried to battle in it at a Ren Fair or anything like that (I know people do that) but for a cosplay/Halloween scenario, this is a great product. Still looks brand new after several uses and in light rain too.The way it was packaged it did have a crease in it, but it was in the back under a cape so I didn't care. However, if it does crease, that won't come out. I am overall very happy with this product, and I am not certain who packaged it so that could be on them.
