These arrive in a big bag and a separate bag of screws. Testing the clips with a magnet reveals that they have very little or no iron in them and appear to be very little to non magnetic. I suspect they are pretty good stainless steel. This is of course really important for a lasting finish and good connection strength.The clips do provide a good joint between the decking wood, although there is a small protrusion of the clips, that I can feel when walking on bare feet. I've taken a photo of this to illustrate the kind of join provided and the height of the clips on the upper side.A good collection of clips and screws, but do make sure the wood thickness is correct for these clips, or they will prove totally useless. Again I've included a photo showing the thickness on a guage for reference. Bare in mid as well that the wood may shrink and swell over time.

The clip as been precision made so that it provide just to correct amount of pressure/tension onto the grove of the board which is set at 10mm from the bottom surface of the board. A very cleaver idea that is so simply its brilliant.By having a slot in any material at 10mm, this clip would work for lots of other projects. The one I'm looking at is some sound proofing panel that are going to be fitted to a wall. Running the panels across the router bench with a slot cutting bit set to 10mm, allows the clips to be slotted into the cut slot. This gives the perfect fixing with the perfect spacing.
