I needed to work on 3 monitors, the MAC and 2 external monitors, each as an extended monitor which isn't natively supported in Mac OS. I had to configure a few things to get it working properly but the instructions were pretty good. It works great. The only thing missing is keyboard shortcuts to move between the monitors and haven't been able to find them online either. But a great docking. Bought another one for my daughter.

I bought this product to work with my Apple M1 I was super upset that I'd didn't work. The seller was able to provide support and then we realized that I received a defective device. I await a replacement and will update my review once received.I received the replacement and can now confirm that the original device I received was defective. The device now work as expected using the correct displaylink drivers. Thanks again to the supplier for the awesome customer service that they provide.

work with displaylink, but constantly crashes and have to restart to make it work. when connected with out the usb c connector work better as straight usb. going to look for a primary usb c dock that work with displaylink

Bought this after I had to return another product which was incompatible with my HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV). I didn't realize that the HP laptop would only work with a Docking Station that utilized a Displaylink driver. It performs very well. I added some small felt feet to the bottom of it (four corners), as it is warm as others had mentioned and I don't want to discolor my desk over time. I'm saying warm, not hot. It's not a defect or anything. Make sure you load the Displaylink driver before you plug your monitors in. Also (at least in my case), it took well over a minute of black screen before the laptop had done whatever it needed to do to recognize the displays. There was an indication that it was doing something (spinning circle on screen), then the screens went blank and stayed that way for a couple of minutes. I'd say leave the room for a few minutes and come back. Anyway, once properly detected, it's been great. A recognizable speed improvement over my previous old Toshiba Dynadock.

Working regarding multiple monitors but will not sync up with wireless keyboards and mice

The docking station worked well. It was very easy to set up and had very good video quality. Unfortunately, it did not last long. We used it on average 2-4 days per week, for a few hours at a time. It was not a heavy load, but it just stopped working, and neither the display link nor a thunderbolt sent an HDMI signal through the adapter.Unfortunately, there is no support or warranty for this product if you do not purchase the prepaid warranties.

After doing a lot of research, which I normally do anyway, and purchasing a different docking station that did not work, I was very pleased and happy that this provided me with what I really needed! It works exactly as stated and I would definitely recommend this product.

Hardware ConsolidationI like this product as it compresses hardware on my desk and makes it work simply. It was easy to set up; just follow the instructions, download the drivers, and it comes running.
