Excellent product to help my kids with agility and jumping up and down. Its fun for them and helps them with a few exercises for sports. This product is sturdy and made very well. It is also very easy to move around from room to room if needed.

I needed a higher block to jump on. I didn't want to spend too much but I wanted something that would last and I could wipe off. I was worried that due to the weight and over reviews of this, it would move when I jumped on it. Rest assured, If you can clear the height and land clearly without clipping the edge, you'll not have any issue. I'm a 6'4" man that's over 200lbs. It's a great addition to my home gym and other than moving a few inches during my workout, I've never had any issues.

This box is great for the beginners and more experienced athletes alike. I love using this box for all types of movements and it has held up when used very regularly.

This plyo box is great for jumping, doing step ups and tricep dips. We also use it to sit, as a bench, and as a side table, sometimes..lol

I believe this is probably one of the best jump boxes in this price range. There are cheaper ones and more expensive ones. I definitely would not go cheaper.The problem I've seen with this box is that it tips over too easily, especially at the 30 inch level. First, the footprint, or area in contact with the floor, is smallest at the 30" level at 480 sq-in. This is unavoidable due to the design of the box. But, combine this with the light weight of only 15.5 pounds, then you get the tendency to tip over. Gym-quality boxes are more than twice the weight of this one. They are also twice as expensive... or more. But, assuming all else is equal, the heavier weight makes them less likely to tip. By comparison, the footprint at the 24" level is 600 sq-in, and 708 sq-in at the 20" level, making the lower levels more stable.I don't plan to ever jump to the 30" level. But just standing on it, I can feel that the box wants to tip. However, the 20" level is no problem, even for jumping. If you're old like me and intend to jump to only the 20", this is all you need.
