D-Mannose works for UTI's very quickly if you use enough, and in a timely manner. You can kick your antibiotics out the window! Also add 10-15 drops of grapefruit seed extract in a little water or juice 2-3 times daily for a couple of days when you first notice symptoms. The two together work wonders! (Yes, GSE is very bitter.) If you're still having problems after a day or two, add Crystal Star's Bladder Comfort - a product I have used successfully for many years for prevention, as well - but at a dose of 2 capsules a day. During active infections, take 2 capsules 3X daily, as recommended on bottle. All three of these products WORK - and are far superior to antibiotics that wipe out all the good bacteria in your gut! They can be successful used singly, but certainly almost 100% effective when used in combo. Experiment to find out what works best for you.

Only brand I will ever use and I'm a customer for life. I've bought from other companies, but it never worked as well. D-mannose helps ward off UTI's and for someone with IC, it's amazing to help ward off flares too. The beautiful thing about this powder is if you have an actual infection (where ecoli is present), it will knock it out. 1 heaping teaspoon every 3 hours for 5 days is the suggested dosage, but do your research on that to be sure it's right for you. Everyone's body is so different. :) But, I love it and I'm grateful for such a fantastic product. It has helped me tremendously.

I love to add D-mannose to my drinks to help keep my bladder healthy. Suffering from IC, it can feel like you constantly have an UTI. D-Mannose is supposed to help make the walls of the bladder slippery with help prevent bacteria from attaching to the bladder wall. I use this as a preventative. It's so easy to do, and it has no flavor, so you can easily add it to any liquid. Will always buy.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in preventing urinary tract infections. This is a high quality product that has work for me for over a year now. Easy to take in a glass of water, and does not have a bad taste. This is the best price I have found on this product, and I have shopped many places.

Like the title says! This stuff works! I don’t know if it’s placebo because it seems to work almost instantly for me. I make sure to take it as directed, but take it everyday and have made it routine in my daily life. Downside is if you do miss/forget a day or two (in my case) I do start to feel uti symptoms trailing back. Works better than AZO and has helped me incorporate more water intake during my day. I wish I would’ve known about this years ago.

I have a 15 year history of IC with UTIs. On my last scope my urologist said the lining of my bladder was raw and covered with blisters all over. I was miserable and in constant pain with the frequent flares. It seemed to take many weeks, actually months to get over a flare, then another would occur. Had internal bladder treatments, hydrodistentions in the hospital, and use of multiple medications. One day I read a recommendation of D-Mannose to help IC. I was very skeptical of it since nothing seemed to improve IC. Well....now 3 years later I have my IC controlled. When I feel a flare coming I start drinking D-Mannose frequently and it usually resolves within 24-48 hours. My urologist is amazed how well am doing and so am I! It worked for me.
