Talk about bringing my shoes back to life! These are seriously fantastic! The soles in my shoes went bad after almost a year of hard running them. I decided to try these out before I threw the shoes away and all I can say is that the shoes feel fantastic again and running is a joy. Definitely give it a try. A++

Good in sneakers, not so much in work boots

They worked for the shoes I needed them for. Comfortable for the short time I wore the shoes.

Updated:*Not good for my plantar fasciitis pain, tried wearing them today and the pressure upwards on my heel and arch made the burning pain worse. I'm going to try wearing them a few more times but I think the arch support is too sturdy for my feet. Im going to try some other insoles. Im bummed these dont seem good for my feet*These inserts fit perfect in my asics Japan tennis shoes, like they were made for each other. I've had these shoes a few years and found I needed more support in my heel and arch. These insoles provide just enough for my feet to feel supported but not to feel bruised or uncomfortable with the extra pressure upwards on my heels and arch. I tend to walk very heel heavy, so these are perfect for me. I'll have to see if they cause issues walking in them alot but I've worn them around the house and my feet feel like they are cradled by clouds. Very bouncy clouds. ALSO: If you buy a straight size, say a 9, it will fit a 9. If you need a 9.5 size up to a 10 and use your old inner sole as a template to cut them (very carefully) down to size. I would definitely take the time to pull the old soles out before putting these in to make sure you have enough room for your foot still. Also if you dont gave narrow feet, these are probably not for you, you may be better off with sof sole and cutting them down to your foot size. Anyway, I'm about to reorder and replace the inner soles on some of my boots and other tennis shoes!

My feet were in pain, expectially at the fore feet. Once I repalced my working shoes with Memory Foam Insoles, I have no more pain. Very, very comfortable.

Amazing, fits well and beats any other wool insole. So comfortable. I spent $50 on insoles and wasn’t a quarter as happy with them as I am with these. Will buy again

not terrible. if you're looking for a basic insole to just give a little padding if you're on your feet a lot, or in a pair of shoes that are a bit loose then these are fine. they fit true to size in my every day trainers.I wouldn't use these in my work shoes (I work 12.5 hour shifts) they just aren't support enough and the bottoms aren't rubber or have any patches to keep them steady so they do move during use, they slide up the sides of my shoe.they are very roughly finished. there is some discolouration, badly trimmed edges and on the right insole there is a lot of dry glue that has leaked out the sides.

they fit true to size in my shoes (ladies size UK 6) and are comfortable but the underside of them is a sort of flocked material, there is nothing to help it grip to the interior of my shoes and i found they did slip side to side during the day and needed to be adjusted. A few glue dot stickers fixed the problem but would have preferred some sort of silicone patch as part of the insole.they were nicely padded and certainly more comfortable than i was without them but my feet still ache at the end of the day. they are a good 'emergency' insole if you're on a budget but i would invest in memory foam/silicone if you're on your feet all day.at time of ordering £4.99, pretty good price for a set of cushioned insoles but they done feel like they will last very long, i can see myself needing to replace them in 3-4 months.
