Good training tool, I used mine with my climbing harness to loop through gym plates when training my pull ups. So far I’ve had 35kgs max and haven’t had any issues with fraying.

Sturdy and versatile
I double them up to use as a transition between some rock climbing jokes (Atomik bomb and pipe bomb) and my chin-up bar and barbells. They don’t come with carabiners so be sure to get some of those as well.

use these for my heavy bags
I use these to hang my heavy bags (both are ~120lbs) to avoid metal on metal contact. They last a long time, don't stretch and are decently priced
