Too many flaws
I bought this couple of months ago, the product has too many flaws. Its would start cleaning every few minutes so I switch off the automatic mode but even with that it would get stuck midway while cleaning very often!! So the cleaning can only happen when I’m around to ensure that it would be done. I don’t recommend at all.

Unreliable
The litter box is sometimes unstable, with the cycle stopping in the middle, leaving my cat without a place to go. Additionally, the cat detection sensor often fails to activate.

It gets stuck after couple of months
The product worked really well for the first month afterwords it started getting stuck during the cleaning process! There were few incidents where I went back home and I found my cat without a toilet because it was stuck!
