Very cute mug but arrived broken TWICE!
The mug is very cute but Amazon US sent it twice to me broken. there is very little bubble wrap on it and is not in a tight box. What did they expect to happen? The lack of care is infuriating! I had to contact amazon twice for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wrong description - cannot use in microwave or dishwasher
The product description said "microwave safe, and top-shelf dishwasher safe", but the base of the mug itself says "Do not use in microwave or dishwasher". This is a big difference for a mug! Definitely not impressed.
